What to expect

It often begins with a short phone call. You may have filled in a form on our website or Instagram, or sent us a message on WhatsApp and one of our designers will call you back. It is a chance to ask questions, talk through your project and tell us what you are hoping to achieve. We will ask a few questions too, simply to understand where you are in the process and whether we are the right fit.

We then meet you properly, either in our consultation space in our workshop (showroom coming soon) or over a video call. This is a longer conversation, usually around 90 to 120 minutes, where we get to know your home, your routines and what is not working in your current space. From there, we arrange a home visit to carry out a measured survey, so the design begins with accuracy rather than assumption.

Within two weeks of visiting your home, we invite you into our consultation space in our workshop (showroom coming early 2027) to present your kitchen design. We talk you through the layout in 3D, along with the materials, overall feel and initial cost, so you can clearly see how the space will look and work. We refine the design together until it feels right. If you are ready to move forward, this is the point where we begin the detailed design stage.

This is where every detail is carefully resolved. We develop the full technical drawings for manufacture, covering specifications, finishes and precise dimensions. It is a collaborative stage, worked through with you until everything feels right before production begins. We think through how the kitchen will truly be used, from appliances and storage to charging points and lighting.

Once your design is signed off and at least six weeks before installation, we return for a final survey to confirm dimensions and make sure nothing has changed on site. Your kitchen then moves into production in our Kent workshop, where each piece is made to order by the team you have already met. Because everything is made in house, the quality, finish and finer details are closely managed at every stage.

Before installation begins, we guide you through exactly what to expect, including who your installer will be, when they will arrive and how the fitting will unfold. Your kitchen is then installed, checked and signed off with care by the same wider team who have been part of the process from the beginning. And once the work is complete, we stay in touch to make sure everything is performing exactly as it should.
