At The Waterfield Collection, we design, make and install bespoke kitchens from our workshop in Kent. It is a personal service, shaped around you, your home and the way you live.
Every kitchen is designed from scratch. There is no catalogue to work from, because each one is made once, and made for you. What makes that possible is the way design, manufacture and installation sit within the same business. Your designer works closely with the people making your kitchen, so the details agreed in the studio carry through into the workshop. The finish you chose. The measurement that matters. The small comment that turns out to change everything. Nothing is lost between stages.
And while it often begins with the kitchen, our designers and craftspeople can also help shape the wider home, from utility and boot rooms to home offices and bedrooms.

Our story
The Waterfield Collection is a family business in the truest sense. A father and daughter leading a team of more than forty people, built on the belief that how something is made matters just as much as how it looks.
Rebecca has spent more than twelve years in interiors, with a background in architectural studies and a career spanning design, marketing and the growth of award-winning businesses in the sector. She also understands the process personally, with her own kitchen currently being designed and made in the workshop.
Darren began his career as an apprentice joiner and draughtsman in the 1980s, going on to build and lead some of the UK’s most respected construction businesses. Together, they created The Waterfield Collection out of a shared belief that the most rewarding projects are the ones rooted in home. A kitchen is rarely just a room. It is a decision that shapes daily life for years to come.

WORKSHOP
British craftsmanship
From the Kent countryside, we work on homes across the South East, creating kitchens with the feel and permanence of furniture. Many of the cabinetmakers in our workshop have been with us for decades, with some having worked in the same workshop for more than thirty-five years.
Within our 23,000 sq ft workshop, veneering, finishing and both traditional and modern joinery techniques all sit under one roof. That means every detail is handled by people who care deeply about their craft and take real pride in the finished result.
RESPONSIBILITY
Our commitment to quality
The most responsible kitchen is the one that lasts. Our kitchens come with a ten-year warranty because we build them to be lived in, not replaced.
The materials we choose matter too. Our finishes are low in volatile organic compounds (VOC) and water-based, which means better air quality in your home once your kitchen is fitted. Our quartz worktops are low-silica, which protects the craftsmen who cut and install them. And our timber is responsibly sourced from suppliers who share our values, and we hold every part of our supply chain to the same standard.
